This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to deliver care from a comfortable and convenient setting. Our virtual office environment is designed to foster collaboration and support among staff while ensuring patients receive the same high level of care and compassion. You will work Monday to Friday, with hours set from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, along with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments that illuminate each patient's unique experiences, challenges, and needs.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual, integrating knowledge of their cultural, personal, and social contexts.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help address mental health concerns, providing patients with tools to enhance resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop coordinated care plans, promoting holistic support for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients have access to immediate and necessary care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and the community resources available to assist them.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring ethical and legal standards are upheld.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited academic institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A deep knowledge of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and an unwavering commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
