Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge patient needs, employing various diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational sessions and support groups to address shared mental health issues and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Work closely with our network of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention during urgent mental health situations, devising immediate coping strategies and treatment options.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and local resources available to support their journey toward wellness.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with legal requirements and ethical guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications\n
