Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, including risk assessments and positive behavior support plans.

• Execute timely and compliant documentation that meets all regulatory standards in order to maintain quality assurance and uphold best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.

• Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement support strategies that enhance client engagement in their therapeutic journey.

• Act as a liaison to service systems and state agencies, facilitating access to community resources and initiatives that support client recovery.

• Engage in all licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Participate in personal and professional development opportunities, including attending relevant conferences and workshops, to stay at the forefront of the mental health field.

• Maintain open communication with community partners and stakeholders to promote agency initiatives and secure additional resources for clients.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and developmental challenges. You will employ various therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, fostering an environment of trust and resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is a prerequisite for this position.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
