Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, accurately formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based techniques tailored to the unique goals of each client.

• Utilize crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safe and effective responses that prioritize client well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, detailing treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in alignment with ethical and legal standards set forth by the mental health profession.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs to ensure equitable access to care.

• Engage in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest best practices and innovations in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
