Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and circumstances.

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure cohesive and holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional growth through clinical supervision and participation in case conferences and training workshops.

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
