Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs, developing individualized and evidence-based treatment plans that align with their goals.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, including various ethnicities, economic statuses, and age groups. You will work with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Cultural competence to effectively work with and understand the diverse backgrounds of the client population.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to maintain accurate documentation in adherence to best practices.
