Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining an active connection with our outpatient office. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. We encourage team collaboration through virtual meetings and project coordination, ensuring that our practice remains cohesive and patient-centered.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored specifically to the backgrounds and experiences of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and stabilizing patients in crisis.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can support their well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, contributing insights related to cultural competency and patient care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, culturally competent treatment approaches, and contemporary evidence-based therapies.

• Experience providing therapy in both individual and group settings, applying culturally responsive techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the capacity to manage challenging situations effectively and calmly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
