This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while being based out of our outpatient office located in Lowell, Massachusetts. This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while engaging with clients. You will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team dynamic, collaborating with fellow mental health professionals to ensure that mindfulness practices are effectively incorporated into each client’s care plan. Our outpatient office in Lowell serves as a collaborative space for in-person meetings and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to clients seeking strategies for stress reduction and enhanced well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify stressors and mental health goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to meet their unique needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices, fostering self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate group workshops on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques, encouraging community healing.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health challenges and promote overall growth.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to create an integrative approach to treatment, maximizing client outcomes.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client progress, interventions utilized, and treatment plans to track client development effectively.

• Engage in personal mindfulness practice and continuing education to enhance your skills and understanding of MBSR.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCISW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.

• Strong foundation in integrating mindfulness into therapeutic frameworks.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to create a nurturing and calming environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous experience in a mental health setting, providing counseling services to a diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative salary, we provide:
