Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools.

• Work alongside clients to construct individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), through scheduled telehealth sessions.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mood disorders and effective self-care techniques.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal compliance through our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative practice with our psychiatrists and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses all facets of the patients' mental health.

• Stay informed about advances in mental health treatment methodologies and emerging research that can enhance therapeutic practices.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and team meetings to share insights, discuss cases, and refine therapeutic skills.

• Act as a mental health advocate for clients, helping to eliminate the stigma surrounding mood disorders while promoting awareness and understanding in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work predominantly with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• Experience with evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, is essential.

• Demonstrated understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work cooperatively with psychiatrists in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
