Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups. This includes understanding their background, presenting issues, and external stresses to tailor effective treatment plans.

• Perform initial evaluations and triage care, ensuring that clients receive appropriate services based on their unique mental health needs.

• Maintain clear communication with multidisciplinary staff regarding assessments, treatment plans, and client progress through documentation and coordination meetings.

• Utilize clinical knowledge to deliver evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ensuring all therapeutic techniques are suited to the individual's treatment goals.

• Provide ongoing case management and collaborate with healthcare and community professionals to create a network of support for clients.

• Complete documentation of care provided in a timely and ethical manner, adhering to departmental standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapists at Zenea Care serve a varied patient demographic, ranging from children to adults, with focus areas including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. By working with diverse client backgrounds, therapists will engage in culturally competent practices tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within Massachusetts.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Availability to conduct between 10 to 40 therapy sessions per week, adaptable to meet your individual schedule.
