Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, your primary focus will be on individuals from various backgrounds, including but not limited to ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ clients, and those from immigrant communities. Each patient's unique background adds layers of context to their mental health journey, allowing you to apply tailored therapeutic approaches that consider their diverse cultures and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• A thorough understanding of a variety of mental health disorders, along with evidence-based treatment strategies and a commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
