Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide effective interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups and workshops focused on a range of mental health topics to cultivate a sense of community and shared learning among clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and appropriate responses to client needs.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, evidence-based treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards and the clinic's policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend case consultations or team meetings to continuously improve clinical skills.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field to enhance treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Proven ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans based on client assessments and documented history.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients.

• High levels of professionalism, adherence to ethical standards, and sound judgment.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
