The majority of our interactions are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, though some flexibility may be needed to meet the varying needs of our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain a deep understanding of each patient’s personal and cultural experiences.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, taking into account the specific cultural and personal backgrounds of clients.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, aiming to address mental health concerns while fostering resilience and personal growth.

• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
