Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), your responsibilities will include:

• Documenting client progress through detailed monthly and quarterly notes that track growth and therapeutic outcomes.

• Providing ongoing support through follow-up interviews and home visits to ensure continuous engagement with clients and their families.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure timely access to client information for all stakeholders.

• Acting as a liaison between the organization and the mental health community to foster collaborative relationships and support service development.

• Contributing to the development of training materials and procedures that enhance program effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will engage with a diverse client population, including adults and youth, addressing a wide array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
