Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients through secure video chat platforms, working to enhance their mental health and overall wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working exclusively with carefully screened adult clients who typically present with lower acuity mental health concerns. They are stable individuals seeking to improve their quality of life through preventive and maintenance therapeutic practices. Additionally, we ensure that clients are matched with counselors whose specialties and demographic preferences align, thus optimizing therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure by the state board as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Must be in good standing to practice independently without supervision, with no provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a genuine, sympathetic nature.
