Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and cultural backgrounds, leading to the establishment of effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, assisting clients in managing their mental health issues while promoting coping skills and resilience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, maximizing patient outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as needed.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, effective treatments, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) according to legal and ethical standards, ensuring quality care and compliance.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and cultural competency training sessions to enhance collective knowledge and skills.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
