Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and conducting clinical interviews.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), using secure digital platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. You will engage clients in regular check-ins to assess their comfort and satisfaction with therapy techniques.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches based on individual client needs and preferences, adapting to new methodologies as established in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Nevada.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
