Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining an outpatient office dynamic. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, collaborating to deliver comprehensive mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into patients' life experiences and challenges, which will inform individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly those that incorporate patients' cultural backgrounds, to promote effective healing and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
