Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, ensuring robust and personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups; implement diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to suit varied mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and additional healthcare professionals, ensuring our clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Deliver exceptional crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress, thereby enhancing their safety and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current, independent, and active license as either a:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
\n
\n
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Proficiency in navigating and appreciating cultural differences, demonstrating enhanced sensitivity when addressing the unique needs of various populations.

• Strong organizational skills to ensure precise, concise, and timely documentation and case management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community mental health setting is advantageous, particularly in delivering remote therapy services.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and familiarity with a wide array of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
