Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs.

• Develop effective, individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client goals.

• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients' preferences or logistical challenges, ensuring accessibility to therapy services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Allegiant Mental and Wellness Center serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Therapists will work with clients of varying backgrounds and ages, offering culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges each person's unique experience and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from all walks of life.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or community setting, especially in areas dealing with trauma or crisis intervention.

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with virtual tools and platforms used in delivering therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
