Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of a variety of mental health disorders along with proven evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Experience delivering culturally responsive individual and group therapy, demonstrating inclusivity and understanding of patients' diverse backgrounds.

• Exceptional crisis intervention abilities and the capacity to function calmly and effectively under pressure.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on developing rapport with patients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient information efficiently and securely.

• A commitment to upholding professional ethics, confidentiality, and setting appropriate boundaries in therapeutic relationships.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team enhancing overall patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

New Hope Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
