Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to create detailed and personalized treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, applying modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Actively collaborate with psychiatrists and case managers to coordinate care and share insights, ensuring a holistic approach to each client's treatment.

• Respond to crises promptly, offering immediate support and intervention to clients in distress, while developing crisis management plans as needed.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health and associated resources while developing educational materials and presentations.

Qualifications\n
