This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for exceptional flexibility while delivering mental health services during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to personalize treatment plans based on their individual needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring plans are tailored to encourage growth and recovery.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies relevant to mood disorders.

• Provide education, guidance, and support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, potential treatment paths, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals, contributing to integrated treatment plans that encompass both therapeutic and psychiatric care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed of the latest research and developments within the field of mental health, particularly those relating to mood disorders.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical norms.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
