Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, forming the groundwork for personalized treatment plans.

• Actively engage in collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other medical professionals to ensure an integrated care plan for clients, facilitating seamless communication and referrals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing your expertise to stabilize situations and orient clients towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
