Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing various standardized tools and clinical interviews to understand clients' mental health concerns and strengths.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring plans are adaptable to the evolving needs of clients.

• Provide a continuum of care through individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach in managing clients’ care, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing your training and skills to support clients in acute distress, managing emergencies with professionalism and empathy.

• Engage in community outreach programs and initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma, thereby fostering a more informed public.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, from children to seniors, with varying backgrounds, life experiences, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s degree or doctorate in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships and establish trust with clients.

• Exhibit cultural competence and an understanding of how to address the needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Show strong organizational skills, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, additional experience in community mental health settings or crisis intervention is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will facilitate more effective case management and documentation practices.
