Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of an innovative and dynamic team of mental health professionals committed to improving the lives of our clients. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a space for clients to discuss their experiences and gain valuable coping strategies while connecting with others.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care for clients, addressing both psychological and physical health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety for clients in distress.
\n
• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that can assist them on their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and thorough documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, keeping in line with best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education activities to enhance professional development and keep abreast of the latest research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Texas.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and to create effective treatment plans that lead to tangible outcomes for clients.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience working with specific populations, such as children and adolescents, as well as expertise in trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
