Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain an accurate and thorough documentation process in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in workshops and training sessions to stay updated on mental health research and best practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to share insights and strategies that enhance care coordination and client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various socio-economic backgrounds who often have limited access to mental health resources. You will focus on addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients navigate through their challenges and achieve better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
