Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), designed to foster personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Set clear therapeutic goals with clients and monitor progress through consistent check-ins and evaluations.

• Utilize teletherapy options to increase accessibility for clients who may face barriers in attending in-person sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on adults who seek assistance with mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to foster a non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a commitment to client advocacy.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills, able to handle a diverse caseload with professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oasis Care offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
