This position is fully remote, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life while serving clients from the comfort of your home office. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gauge patients' unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting them to meet individual client needs while respecting their cultural contexts.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health issues and fostering resilience among clients.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, utilizing your skills to help guide clients through challenging moments.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can further support them.

• Maintain meticulous and secure documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines related to mental health treatment.

• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training sessions to enhance your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, with an emphasis on cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities and a proven ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications related to mental health documentation.

• A commitment to ethical practices, maintaining professional boundaries, and ensuring client confidentiality.

• The ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
