Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivering crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, employing intervention strategies to stabilize situations and support client safety.

• Engaging in proactive community outreach and education initiatives that aim to increase mental health awareness and combat stigma, including workshops, seminars, and local partnerships.

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse array of clients, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Exceptional skills in communication and interpersonal relationships, with a strong ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with clients from diversified backgrounds, respecting their unique perspectives and experiences.
