Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, crafting detailed and personalized treatment plans that reflect each individual's unique circumstances.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to implement integrated care plans, ensuring each client receives comprehensive support tailored to their needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services by employing expert judgment, empathy, and therapeutic techniques to assist clients experiencing acute distress or in emergency situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. This role specifically focuses on underserved communities, allowing you to leverage your skills to make meaningful differences in the lives of clients grappling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity, enriched by experience with various socioeconomic, ethnic, and cultural groups.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and adherence to accurate reporting standards.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in community mental health settings and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches are preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is beneficial, allowing for effective documentation and communication within the care team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
