Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health requirements, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans to address identified concerns.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups using diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to maintain an integrated care approach that promotes overall wellness for our clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating empathy and prompt problem-solving skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, determined by your credentials and experience.
