Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, employing standardized assessment tools and interviewing techniques to identify their specific needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s strengths, challenges, and goals, ensuring a collaborative approach with clients and their families.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy—to deliver effective interventions for diverse mental health issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients experiencing acute mental health disturbances or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Participate in case conferences and collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health care professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, enhancing their overall therapy experience.

• Engage in community outreach and mental health education initiatives designed to promote awareness, reduce stigma, and foster mental well-being within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will address a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to substance use and trauma-related disorders, providing a holistic approach to care that aligns with your clinical expertise and interests.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, allowing you to form therapeutic relationships and build rapport with clients effectively.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to work with individuals from varying backgrounds, enhancing client trust and engagement.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure comprehensive documentation of client interactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
