Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to deeply understand clients’ issues, followed by designing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, adaptively employing techniques suitable for each client, whether it be Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based methods.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring their progress regularly to ensure their requirements are being met throughout the treatment journey.

• Offer flexible teletherapy sessions to cater to clients' preferences, ensuring that accessibility concerns do not hinder their journey to mental well-being.

• Keep precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, reflecting professionalism and accountability in all practices.

• Participate in professional development activities and training workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish a trusting relationship with clients.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively juggle a varied caseload and necessary administrative duties.
