Work Environment\n

As a telehealth provider, our Mental Health Therapist operates in a flexible and remote work setting that allows you to connect with clients efficiently through secured online platforms. The ability to work from home ensures convenience while maintaining a high standard of care. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a structured environment conducive to personal and professional balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking therapeutic support and stress reduction.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to explore clients’ backgrounds, identify specific stressors, set achievable goals, and develop personalized mindfulness interventions.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, incorporating mindfulness techniques, meditation exercises, and breathing strategies to promote emotional regulation and self-awareness.

• Lead group workshops and seminars focused on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies tailored to diverse client needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, to create a cohesive and comprehensive treatment approach for clients.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice, self-reflection, and participation in ongoing professional development opportunities to deepen expertise in mindfulness-based treatments.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada is required to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
