Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of each patient, resulting in tailored treatment plans that focus on their goals and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver individualized therapy sessions, engagement with a variety of client backgrounds and presenting concerns.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community while addressing common concerns such as stress management, coping strategies, and mental health awareness.

• Collaborate with colleagues, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and holistic care for our patients. Regularly participate in case consultations that enrich your professional input and the collective expertise of the team.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate emotional support and resources during mental health emergencies, as well as ongoing assessment and development of safe discharge plans as needed.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation that complies with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of patient data and treatment records.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated competence in conducting thorough assessments, developing effective treatment plans, and delivering both individual and group therapy interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually.
