Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building rapport with clients and fostering an engaging therapeutic relationship.

• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude toward diverse client populations.

• Strong organizational skills, allowing for effective management of a fluctuating caseload and documentation of client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth practices or working with specific populations such as children, families, or those dealing with trauma is preferred. Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and knowledge of insurance billing processes is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
