Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license recognized by the state board, which may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Proven ability to make professional assessments and judgments for effective treatment planning and execution.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a supportive demeanor.

• Strong proficiency with technology, ensuring effective communication and documentation within a digital platform.

Preferred Experience\n
