Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, employing standardized tools and professional judgment to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services through a variety of modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to meet unique needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources, to provide comprehensive and holistic care for each client.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to provide immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, demonstrating empathy and quick problem-solving skills.

• Take part in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives designed to raise mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and improve access to mental health services.

Qualifications\n
