This role operates in a fully remote work setting, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while serving clients. Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust schedules based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique challenges and strengths.

Your primary focus will be on serving an array of clients from diverse backgrounds, including those from ethnic minority groups, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with culturally competent therapeutic approaches.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy employing inclusive and culturally responsive methodologies.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure scenarios.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technology necessary for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
