Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, history, and individual challenges accurately.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions responsive to clients’ unique situations.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques, fostering healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate extensively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to care that considers medical and psychological factors.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives that promote mental wellness and literacy, enhancing our center’s presence and impact.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to engage with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and coping with life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and a sensitivity to the diverse needs of clients, ensuring respectful and individualized care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
