Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, cultivating strong rapport and professional relationships that facilitate trust and open communication.

• Conduct regular client reviews to discuss therapy progress, address any concerns, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with clients' specific goals and needs.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Utilize electronic health record systems efficiently, requiring comfort with software such as RMS and PIMSY for scheduling, documentation, and client management.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and improve treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily serves adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your role entails providing direct psychotherapy services tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic needs. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating your capability in direct client care.

• Proficiency in using technology, particularly computer systems for documentation and scheduling purposes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by bonus opportunities. We offer a W2 employment status, ensuring stability and benefits as part of our commitment to prioritizing work-life balance. Additional perks include:
