This position allows for a remote work setting, with the added opportunity to occasionally engage with clients in our Norfolk outpatient office. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, identifying individual client needs and formulating personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessing mental health disorders and implementing effective treatment strategies.

• Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy, with experience addressing diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Flow Psychological Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
