Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work environment tailored to the needs of both our staff and clients. You will interface with clients via teletherapy sessions, utilizing digital platforms that comply with HIPAA regulations. While most work is conducted independently, you will also participate in regular virtual team meetings to enhance connectivity with your peers and supervisors, ensuring a supportive professional atmosphere across our outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and gather comprehensive histories to understand clients' mental health challenges and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, creating a safe space for clients to discuss their experiences, emotions, and goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and responsive support to clients in acute distress or during emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and thorough client records, encompassing treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical assessments that comply with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families about treatment processes, resources available in the community, and strategies for managing mental health symptoms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work with Centuria Behavioral Health Center will involve a diverse client population. You will engage with adults, adolescents, families, and couples confronting a wide range of mental health issues—from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship conflicts. By understanding each client’s unique circumstances and values, you will tailor your approach to meet their specific needs, promoting effective healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a mental health setting.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to establish rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, along with the possibility of a sign-on bonus.
