Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions, developing tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

• Administer to a diverse caseload of patients, assessing their psychological needs and delivering appropriate interventions.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to design and implement effective resolution plans, ensuring their specific needs are addressed throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, documenting findings and integrating them into ongoing care strategies.

• Regularly assess and monitor patient progress through follow-up evaluations, adapting treatment plans to meet evolving needs.

• Maintain detailed documentation, including treatment logs, strategy outlines, and progress summaries, in compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a varied population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Licensure is essential; applicants must possess either LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD credentials.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and patient interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition, we provide a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and the opportunity to earn up to $2,000 in additional bonuses based on state licensure.
