Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive assessments for new clients, identifying unique needs and developing personalized therapeutic interventions.

• Build individualized therapy plans aimed at fostering skill development and enhancing resilience within clients, couples, or family units.

• Create comprehensive crisis and wellness plans for clients facing acute needs, ensuring they have adequate safety measures and support.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations with peers, regularly sharing insights and methodologies to continuously improve client outcomes.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in mental health treatment.

Your clients will range from individuals seeking personal growth and coping mechanisms to couples navigating relationship challenges and families desiring harmonious dynamics. You will work closely with diverse populations, addressing a myriad of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• An active and valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Virginia is essential to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually , depending on qualifications and experience.
