Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide therapeutic counseling that is prevention-oriented and focuses on promoting long-term mental wellness.

• Regularly implement and review treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including comprehensive session notes and treatment progress.

• Engage with other team members during weekly staff meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to the center’s enriching culture.

• Contribute actively to the growth and improvement of the organization by suggesting ideas for process enhancement and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Heart of Hope, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing varied mental health challenges. Our clients present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your capability to build rapport and foster trust with clients from various backgrounds is crucial in facilitating their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
\n
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey empathy and understanding.

• Strong leadership qualities and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
