Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally informed assessments for individuals, families, and couples, ensuring their unique needs and contexts are understood.

• Provide tailored outpatient therapy sessions, utilizing techniques that promote resilience and teach essential life skills aimed at coping with daily stressors.

• Design and evaluate crisis management protocols, relapse prevention plans, and safety strategies in collaboration with clients to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in adherence to ethical and professional standards, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Engage in continuous improvement by participating in case consultations and peer feedback to enhance therapeutic modalities and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active Virginia license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A demonstrated ability to handle complex client needs and challenges effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fostering therapeutic relationships and client trust.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
