Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to facilitate positive change.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote mental health awareness and foster community among participants.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, engaging in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team discussions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring that patients receive immediate support in times of need.

• Educate patients about various mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources that can support their journeys.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing our electronic health records (EHR) system effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A strong foundation in understanding various mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective therapist-client relationships and collaborative teamwork.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing the documentation and tracking progress of therapy sessions.
