Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions utilizing tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current, valid state license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, exclusive of a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists.
